Q. How do I decide what chair would be best for me?

The most important thing is body type, height/weight. DXRacer innovatively put forward the “size concept” of the chair so that people of different body types can have seats tailored to them. Standard Size is cut out for most people up to a body height of 6’1″ and a bodyweight of max 220lbs. People with a height of up to 6’6″ and a weight up to 353lbs will feel comfortable in a Max size chair. However, if you find you are still not sure, please send an email to [email protected] with your approximate weight and height.

Orders and Payment

Q. The chair I want is out of stock, how do I find out when it will be coming back in stock?

We post restock updates on our Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter!

Q. Is there a way to order a chair that is currently out of stock?

At this time, DXRacer MASTER does not have the capacity to take any orders for chairs that are not currently in stock.

Q. I accidentally ordered the wrong chair, how do I cancel my order?

For order cancellations, please send an email to [email protected] with your full name and order number. This excludes Black Friday and Cyber Monday.

Delivery and Shipping

Q. How much does shipping cost?

DXRacer MASTER provides free shipping on all orders, and no minimum purchase is necessary.

Q. How long does delivery take?

Under normal circumstances, please allow for up to 1 working day for your order to be processed and 2-5 working days for your package to be fulfilled and delivered, depending on your location.

Q. Can I track my order?

All orders placed before 10 am EST Monday – Friday will be processed and shipped that same day. All other orders will be shipped out on the next business day. Once your tracking number has been generated, it will be posted under the order information when you log into your account on our website. Please click on the My Order tab to obtain all of your order and tracking information so you can be aware of when to anticipate delivery.

Warranty and Returns

Q. What is DXRacer MASTER’s Warranty Policy?

DXRacer offers a lifetime warranty on the internal steel frame found inside the backrest and seat of our models, as well as a two-year warranty for all connected parts. Please see our Terms and Conditions page for full details regarding our Warranty Policy.

Q. What is DXRacer MASTER’s Return Policy?

If you would like to return your chair, you must ship returning items back to us within 30 days of purchase. Excludes clearance items. Clearance items are final sales and cannot be returned for exchange and refund. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping. Once the chair has been received, an inspection of the chair will take place.
