LOVE this office chair. It's so comfortable and the ecline back is a good addition. It comes with the tool you need as well. This was very well packaged and the shipping was super fast. I'm going to order an additional one for my desk at work.
Dorothy AleranderSatisfied! Comes with a strong mesh cushion which is very firm and supported. Unlike the traditonal racing-style gaming chair, it looks more like a fancy office chair with 4D armrests and mutiple adjustments. Overall, very comfortable!
